Cello Performance Class is a great opportunity to gain confidence and experience performing in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Whether you’re preparing for a recital, an audition, or just want to get more comfortable playing in front of others, this class will help you develop essential performance skills. We’ll focus on managing nerves, improving stage presence, and learning proper performance etiquette. The goal is not just to play the notes but to communicate music with expression and ease.
Beyond the music, this class is also about building community. Students and parents alike will have the chance to connect, support one another, and celebrate each other’s progress. Every session will have cello accompaniment available as long as I have music for it, but you can also choose to play with a recording if you prefer. If you’d like to participate, please let me know.
If you can’t attend in person, you may also attend via Rock Out Loud – but you need to let me know in advance so I can bring all the necessary equipment with me to the library.
